We wanted a smaller truck to return the same day, but none was available. The big truck was a very uncomfortable bouncy ride when it was empty and under a light load. The manager of the location was very accommodating. The truck box was dirty, so it was cleaner when we returned it than when we picked it up.
Paul SGood experience. Only needed the trailer for a short while. Manager on duty was very nice and easy to work with.
MICHAEL WNo human contact to return the truck. And I was to exhausted to try to follow instructions for return when no human around!! I like speaking to someone in person verses internet downloads etc. that’s just me and my age
