The only thing that was trouble was all the snow covering windshield and top of truck, but this is Iowa what do ya expect. I had no issues with helping broom office and snow!!😀VICKIE L.

I had difficulty locating the exact truck I had reserved. I had to try the key in multiple trucks before I found the correct one. I could not tell from the app or the truck or key itself which was the correct truck until I tried the key in the truck. That delayed my time. I also had trouble getting the app to work so I could get the key for the truck. I had to wait awhile before I could speak to a customer service representative. The customer service representative was patient and helpful. I was informed that I was late and that was why I could not access the truck. I believe I was late because I could not get the app to work. I ended up losing 1 1/2 hours off of my total time and that disappointed me.Michael I.
