Your system U-haul is a confusing difficult one to navigate with. I tried several times to get onto your website and it shut me off half way through the process!! I know it was a weekend pickup but I ended up talking to several people who tried to get me going but with only the last person was able to get me on the website enough to make it it happen. I have rented your trucks multiple times over the years and this time it was very frustrating and difficult 🤬
