David BNo improvement needed. Nikki helped me with my pickup. When I arrived, I could not help overhear her phone conversation. She was doing everything possible to try to help an elderly customer return a U-Haul truck in Indiana. The poor lady found no one at the drop off location and had been turned away from another local dealer. Nikki was going above and beyond to assist this customer with her dilemma. She was courteous, persistent and professional in dealing with a complicated issue. She is someone I would definitely want working for me or with me. She made my rental quick and easy and the gentleman who helped me connect my trailer was excellent as well! They deserve a raise!
