They need check the equipment before they put it on the road i got a car huller and the Strap was Shredded and the rubber Piece on chain was not on there

Customer service was excellant. But u-haul needs to get their computer systems updated. The wait to finalize was way to long. The lady apologized for this too. She had to call U-haul national to finish the transaction. I would rent from them again. Their equipment works as it is supposed to. The appliance dolly looked brand new. Other than the wait to finish... ( which wasn't their fault) I would rate Leo's 5 stars.
Max R.The bad thing is I am not familiar with returning a u haul on line! I did not know that you had to do that !!! The store in Searcy that I rented from never mentioned a thing about returning g it & you had to do it on line. Never told me smithing about it that why I'm just giving it an average rating .
