The customer service was good. My issue is is that the extra items they had that I have reserved we're not at this location I was never informed and it was never supplied for instance I needed a utility dolly they don't didn't have one at that location so I had to pay more for one of their Appliance dollies. They didn't have the extra moving blankets that I had reserved either
