No one at the location but individual was helpful when I called. Office was locked when I dropped but the lot and anrea around building were clean.

The app to rent was easy to use; we were in and out in less than 10 minutes
KAREN B99 cents a mile and putting gas back in seems excessive... I spent almost 350 (adding gas back) dollars to drive a couple hundred miles... I feel like the 19.95 on the door is kinda of a scam when you add in the 1 dollar a mile fees... I know times are tough but damn! if i knew if was gonna be 300 i would have pulled a trailer down behind my truck and ran this load. I feel like for 300 I could have hired a hotshot to pickup deliver and be gone with no sweat from me doing the work.
