They fail to let people know you have to bring it back to that location and charge you a lot more if you don't. Even though they give you a one way key. It confused the actual u haul workers. Then they tell you that you forgot that they mentioned it. Making it seem like you're stupid or crazy. It's a terrible place to rent a u haul from.

Jesse FFirst off I did online got to the place of pickup took an hour to get it because they had no idea what they are doing,then there was no utility dolly tha I paid for! Was never told about a deposit before renting until time of pickup still have not received my deposit back or the money for the dolly I rented and never recieved!
ROBIN GSystem crash and person at desk had no idea what he was doing. Took almost an hour to get the truck and I was late for the appointment I needed to use the truck for which then made me late for work.
