Everything was great! Service, location, thing for improvement is to tell people about taking pictures of odometer and fuel b4 because i wasted 10 minutes going in and out to finish the transaction. That would be my only observation. Thanks again

Good afternoon. Dear sir/Madam: how are you doing? My name is Ahmed Abduladheem. I rented a moving truck on Monday Sep. 28. from 1pm to 7pm and my contract # is 2892703 at National Self Storage Bloomfield. I am sending this message after I received the bill much higher than I expected. The extra charges were environmental fee, after hours service fee, no fault fee, and cleaning fee. I do not know why these charges applied to me. I would like to notice that the lady in the front disk did not mention anything about the after hours fee. she did not tell me about it, she did not tell me how to do the check out, and she did not tell me about the u-haul mobile app. In fact she just told me to bring the truck to the same location I pick it up and to return the key in a red box. I understand it was written in the paper, but no one explained to me how I can do it. Again, For the cleaning fee, she did not mention it at all. I didn't even notice a sign for it, nor it was in policy papers. I tried to contact them but they told me they can not do anything about it. please let me know if you need further explanation or information. I attached the bill to this email too. thank you.

I dropped the U-Haul off the lady was very very rude and unprofessional she's charged me for gas because I didn't fill it up it was not filled up when it was gave to me I put the gas exactly where was that when I got it and she stated that she can put whatever she wanted to put in for the gas and charge me for it which is completely unfair when I asked her for the keys so I can take a picture of where the gas was at so that way I don't get charged these ridiculous fees she refused to let me do so she was yelling at me as if I was 2 years old told me to shut up and listen to her when I was not arguing back with her I was trying to explain to her what the lady told me when I picked up the U-Haul she said she don't care I need to shut up and stay in my place very very rude and unprofessional I will never ever use that U-Haul again

Make it easier on the customers and stay responsible for whatever is required. I was not informed previously that my 2 dozen blankets and my furniture trolley that I paid for in advance online were not available in the first location that I picked the U-Haul up at, so I was told to go to the next nearest U-Haul location to pick them up. According to this first location, the 2nd location was supposed to have contacted me days prior to inform me of this, and that was not done. I had a screenshot of my order and the order number, just in case. When I got to the new U-Haul location, they not only couldn't find my order in the system for some reason, when I looked at my order on my phone, my trollies and blankets that I 100% ordered and paid for were gone! Eventually, I got what I paid for, but there was so much going on between the two locations blaming each other that I got stuck in the middle. It took me 2+ hours to get sometime I booked and paid for in advance. I don't know if their system is to blame, or the locations themselves, but it left a very bad taste in my mouth and I'm upset that it took this long.
