I dropped the U-Haul off the lady was very very rude and unprofessional she's charged me for gas because I didn't fill it up it was not filled up when it was gave to me I put the gas exactly where was that when I got it and she stated that she can put whatever she wanted to put in for the gas and charge me for it which is completely unfair when I asked her for the keys so I can take a picture of where the gas was at so that way I don't get charged these ridiculous fees she refused to let me do so she was yelling at me as if I was 2 years old told me to shut up and listen to her when I was not arguing back with her I was trying to explain to her what the lady told me when I picked up the U-Haul she said she don't care I need to shut up and stay in my place very very rude and unprofessional I will never ever use that U-Haul again

Make it easier on the customers and stay responsible for whatever is required. I was not informed previously that my 2 dozen blankets and my furniture trolley that I paid for in advance online were not available in the first location that I picked the U-Haul up at, so I was told to go to the next nearest U-Haul location to pick them up. According to this first location, the 2nd location was supposed to have contacted me days prior to inform me of this, and that was not done. I had a screenshot of my order and the order number, just in case. When I got to the new U-Haul location, they not only couldn’t find my order in the system for some reason, when I looked at my order on my phone, my trollies and blankets that I 100% ordered and paid for were gone! Eventually, I got what I paid for, but there was so much going on between the two locations blaming each other that I got stuck in the middle. It took me 2+ hours to get sometime I booked and paid for in advance. I don’t know if their system is to blame, or the locations themselves, but it left a very bad taste in my mouth and I’m upset that it took this long.

Angela & Luanne were amazing. Came in a few hours before my reservation, explained that it would really help me out if I could take the truck early and they were receptive to my proposal. A few minutes later I was on my way. They were very pleasant, helpful and I got a refund on my deposit. Excellent location.

Cleaning fee is to much

I feel I was taken advantage of with this rental. Started with a full tank and drove the vehicle a total of 16 miles. Gauge had moved off of F, so I put in gas to fill it back up. I stopped when I hit 4 gallons and $12 then was shocked to see the gauge go was past F. I asked the U-Haul rep for a refund when I returned the van as they knew I only drove it 16 miles and I showed them the receipt for the 4 gallons and $12 in gas. They blamed the gas gauge - which is a total scam and avoidance of responsibility. I will NEVER rent from that location again! U-Haul should stand behind the vehicle and its components and not blame a faulty gas gauge and essentially screw the customer.

I was allowed to reserve two furniture dollies online, when the store only carries one. They checked the uhaul system and sent me to another location for a second furniture dolly, that location didn’t have any either.
