This was a Marathon gas station. The person behind the counter did not even look at the truck upon return!

On line reservation listed counter service for pickup but when I arrived the employee at the pickup location informed me it is all on line, they can't help me, they don't have system. On line reservations should have been very clear. Once I was able to download / install the app, the process was not too complex but a lot of time wasted that could have been completed while at my house. The U Haul agents that I engaged with were very professionals so no issues with the customer service. For the recommend this location, once I knew about the on line process the location was good
