We had problems trying to checkout the Van. We followed the instructions but they just didn't work on our phone. This was around 7:35 a.m. on August 26th. The store attendant was kind enough to help us even though he didn't have anyone assisting him in the store. We were a little delayed but by him coming to our rescue we were able to continue our journey to Covington, Ga. We are very appreciative that this kind gentlemen took the time to help us. This world would be a much better place if we had more kindhearted people like him. Thank you so kindly (Mr. Gentlemen with the beautiful gray and black hair). You made our day a little less stressful.

Jennifer TSpecifically requested moving pads and somehow there were Zero moving pads at this location. This ultimately resulted in damaged furniture because our blankets had been shipped earlier than our move date. This is completely unsatisfactory and thought U-Haul was better than this.
Michael OI haven't seen my email from them yet. Hoping to receive my statement from them real soon.
