Very poor customer service. The service guy was rude and yelled at me. He over charged me because he gave me a quote for $0.76 a mile but charged me $0.99. He was suppose refund me $3.00 for not going over my miles but he charged me $4.25 for gas after I put $3.50 in the tank. He told if I have an issue you can take it up with uhaul.

So happy we found this close to our home! The service was excellent. Super friendly. Truck was fantastic. Easy pick up and return. Only small issue we had was contacting them by phone. Because we have a california area code( i guess) it would not accept our call. Other than that it was great
Vehicle was very small in the inside of the cab. The vehicle did not come with a dolly or scraps.
Fix the mobile pick up, that was the most frustrating part. The button to take a photo of the fuel and mileage would not trigger the camera I was stuck on that screen for about 10-15 minutes and finally just said "fuck it, I'm behind schedule now" but that's about it.
Please let the customer know if a dolley is not in the 20 foot trucks.

It was a very easy process. The guy that checked us in was very nice and helpful.
The 26' truck I had was clean and very well maintained; I thought the unleaded engine would not be as powerful as the diesel engine but was mistaken. My truck was COMPLETELY full and it handled a full load front-to-back with no hesitation at all.
Actually allow for preferred location. I was moved 4 times in 2 days.

Tried to rent at this location before and Uhaul I reserved was not there when I got there. Seems like fried chicken sales were more important than U-Haul sale. $350 lost due to poor customer service. I wonder how many pieces of chicken that was?

My daughter obtained a rental in Port Wentworth which was over rented so they ran out of trucks. I was told I could get a truck from Abercorn's location which was way out of our way. I called around myself and got the rental from the Pooler location and was told it would be $39.95. I picked up, bought the insurance. The truck was filthy and had no air. I got the air fixedand cleaned the truck. Now my schedule is three hours behind. I returned the truck late but clean. Filled the tank to where it was when I picked it up and parked it. I was asked to move it so I did. Then I turned in the key. My receipt states that I am charged for fuel?? Next time I will hire movers. This experience was awful. I cleaned and fixed your truck and you tell me take it up with U Haul?? No discount, no sorry this happened to you?
This location was 20 minutes further away than the one I chose. There were many other locations closer. You should give a customer options when you must reassign the location. When I got there I did not get the truck until 55 minutes after my scheduled time.
The uhaul truck I received was not clean. I booked weeks ago and included a utility dolly and U-Haul facility did not have any available. The uhaul truck engine starter cut off and making it hard to start up the vehicle it had maintenance issues that weren't tended to. I waited an hour for the manager to call the employees back just so I could switch out the vehicle. The employees called the manager several times and they said it was out of there hands which is unacceptable. They informed me I would get a refund for the gas I put in the first truck since was half full and I had already filled the tank up fully. The replacement truck tank was half full and I haven't received a refund yet for the gas I put in the first truck.
Corporate UHaul is overbooking and creating a problem that this location is not set up to handle or should have to handle. Otherwise great service, very nice understanding people.
Pick up location was changed without notice. The truck had a leaky roof and wet most of my belonging. The original return location wouldn't except the truck and I had to take to another one.

Truck assigned was not there. Truck they did have was returned 10 days earlier but they failed to check it in so it took over an hour for them to straighten it out and be able to rent me the truck.
