Our issue was with Uhaul reservations. Somehow our reservation was 'mishandled' and when we arrived for our truck the reservation was not in the system. She had the truck and had to re-entwr the entire reservation again that morning. We never got a confirmation or invoice at time of the reservation or after. The agent from the satellite location double checked the email address on file and it was correct. At drop-off we still had no email for the confirmation so I gave my email address and it was finally received. Not sure what the issue was but it was stressful not knowing if we would have a truck that day. Uhaul can and should do better.
