I booked over a month in advance and was called later that day to confirm and was told the 10 ft was not available but a 15 ft would be. Thats fine, the afternoon before pick up I get a call nothing available at my location I needed to drive 30 minutes out of the way and only a large 26 ft available. So inconvenient, location of pick up and staff amazing uhaul as a company terrible, of course I get charged the extra miles I had to drive.I

Gary MThis was the only location I could get the trailer I needed. U-Haul needs to put jacks on their trailers because as a 74 year old female I am unable to load or unload your trailers because they are so heavy. I do not blame the location as they were helpful getting the trailer off my SUV. My pickup location was the same as my drop off location which were awesome people. I will use them again.
