No one there to help us unhook the trailer. The gas station cashier said that it was our responsibility to unhook and park it. This was a satillite Uhaul location and next time I will not use a satellite store.

Unbelievably bad. I dropped pf trailer and they said they would not accept it as Uhaul had said no new drop offs could be made. They said call this 800 number and bring it elsewhere. This was my third rental of uhaul equipment in several months. All drop offs had been at this location. The items were picked up in Flemming Island fl and scheduled to be dropped off in Port Charlotte at this location. Extremely rude and obnoxious. I said it was scheduled to be dropped off here and I am leaving it here. They threatened and I left. HORRIBLE -POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE

Although Kings Highway assisted me with a truck replacement/switch, the stores top priority is their gasoline/convenience/deli customers over anything to do with Uhaul.

Only 1 person working as well as waiting on other customers in the store this was due to the other employee being late for her morning shift not good the truck assigned to me has a large sticky mess in the back of the truck the same employee later that morning was working the evening before when this truck was returned and never cleaned it

My dropnoff location was changed and I was not notified. This is unprofessional. My time is valuable and I do not have time to drive around town because of your lack of professionalism. Train your people to do their job. The drop off location that I signed on the contract was changed I never received an email or a phone call letting me know so when I showed up to drop it off they told me I couldn't drop it off that it was changed. I was then told to call the number so I sat there for over 15 min on hold when finally I explained the situation and the girl said she doesn't handle Lakeland traffic let me transfer you then to went to voice mail and I had no option to go back to a person. I had to call back and be on hold again for another 15 minutes. It was windy outside and when I drove the truck I could feel it pushing on the road and they changed the drop off to the north side of Lakeland which is over a 20 minute drive away which one it would have brought my gas to the point lower than what it was suppose to be at because I had to drive because of uhaul failure to communicate also the way I would have needed to drive is through down town which has small lanes that in my small fiat I hate driving because you feel like you can't fit on the road where I was not going to drive a uhaul that is being pushed on the road because of the wind to a location that was not agreed upon . I would have NEVER picked north Lakeland as a drop off EVER!!! I was told by the person at the uhaul drop of that I had a contract that I signed for the one that couldn't take it that this happens all the time that the traffic department does not communicate with customer about any changes. Shame on you Uhaul. I will tell this story to everyone if my friends I will post it in social media. You may be a huge company but I guarantee you will loose sales because I will make sure to tell everyone that I know that they should use a different company. I will never use uhaul again EVER and being a mother of 8 I will make sure that if my kids ever need to rent a truck to move I will insist on them using any other company then yours!

The location was out of the way for drop off. I was told extra miles would be added so that I would avoid going over mile. this did not happen. Drop off location was not really ideal. No direction given. In addition, I rented a dolly at the pick up location, but because the rear door of the truck could not be secured, I left dolly in an unsecured vehicle. Really did not get any help with drop off location, and my sense is there is very little communication from what I was told on the phone to my actual bill. I would not recommend U Haul

Drop off location was a large gas station very hard to locate and entrance into the station was very difficult. There was only a unknowledgeable part-time person working there at 8:30 at night and I had to unhitch and move the U-Haul by myself. This person was really working the gas station.

The cargo van we rented was clean inside but had an offensive odor which smelled like cow manure! We had to drive the vehicle with the windows down due to the terrible smell. The manager was awesome at checkin & checkout.

This was a very busy location inside a convenience store. There was only one person assigned to customer transactions. It took 25 minutes to complete the paperwork because the clerk also had to ring up customer purchases. Under the circumstances your clerk did the best she could do, however staffing was poor.
