Staff was great! Office was extremely ready for Valentine’s Day lol, the ladies decorated b the office beautifully and made it look and feel so much better than a sterile, boring work environment. They even made it possible for me to return the car dolly after hours because I explained that I had work travel the following day, which would have made return during normal business hours impossible. Would give 10 stars if I could, and I will use this specific office the next time I require U-Haul’s services. Thanks again, well done!

ANTHONY HMy 4th time renting here over the last 2 years. It was actually 10 miles out of my way to rent here this time, but worth it to pay the 20 mileage extra charge to use this facility. They treat every person with respect and care, regardless of their diversity or social hierarchy. victor gU-Haul truck had a warning braking system failure.. slow speeds steering wheel shook extremely bad.. whole truck shock really bad when braking.. extremely scary experience
