I was shown how to safeguard my trailer with my master lock. No holes on front to insert lock into holes. The person at the drop off explained the way to do so.

The office staff were wonderful; very helpful and accommodating. The only think that I would ask is that they provide a jack with the 6' x 12' trailer. The office was kind enough to loan us a ball and pin, but the jack would have been very helpful. We almost had a mishap in Tallahassee where the trailer began rolling and almost hit my daughter's car. Fortunately, it didn't come to that, but it was definitely a close call.
