No personnel on site at the time of drop off … truck parking was wherever it could be parked and this location was extremely convenient for my needs.

Gina PMy first issue is having to call after driving to my destination to find out where to drop off your equipment. That should be arranged when renting and picking up. The next issue is after dropping off your equipment at the location I'm told to drop off at, is being called 4 times over two days after drop off that THEY can't find the equipment I dropped off. That is ridiculous and unprofessional. How the hell do your employees not know how take back the equipment and sign off that it's been returned?? Not good.
