Dropped off the uhaul. The individual working had no clue what to do or how to even accept the truck. I ended up having to call the Uhaul call center to have them deal with the whole situation. Dropped the truck off at 7pm. Which was earlier than my scheduled drop off of 10am the next day. I then had to call uhaul again to find out why at 5pm the account hadn't been closed out. Huge problems with the drop off location. Do not use this place.

Madison SDid not have vehicle requested I had to take a larger vehicle it had a minimum amount of gas I booked a month in advance vehicle was dirty and reeked of urine very poor service all I can say is go penske I believe I paid for the larger size the words rip off come to mind 195.00 plus deposit got deposit back
MURRY WCargo area was clean. Cab was dirty with garbage left in it. Passenger side windshield wiper was bent and did not clean windshield.
