How U-Haul Reviews WorkFront middle seat had a smear of mud across it. They didn't have the 10foot I booked but upgraded to a 15ft which is fine, while doing that they somehow changed my drop off location to somewhere no where near to where I was moving to. After a short "argument' they honored what I had originally booked (thankfully I kept the booking email) I'd say have your employees state/confirm the details upon pick up and read what the booking says not the address for the visa given.
Mallory CDropped off the uhaul. The individual working had no clue what to do or how to even accept the truck. I ended up having to call the Uhaul call center to have them deal with the whole situation. Dropped the truck off at 7pm. Which was earlier than my scheduled drop off of 10am the next day. I then had to call uhaul again to find out why at 5pm the account hadn't been closed out. Huge problems with the drop off location. Do not use this place.
