trailer worked well
Glenn HThe paring is not set up for U-Haul rentals because it sits on a busy corner and no parking . There was an obvious language barrier with the present attendant and because of that wasn’t able to discuss previous incident
JULIE FI found it confusing that when I reserved the vehicle, there was no paper work given, and that all of my information was put into a cell phone. I was told my cost for the rental was $67.42. I put less than 10 km on the vehicle. When I returned it, I was told my credit card would be billed $60.24. Again no paperwork was provided. Clerk took my e-mail and said receipt would be e-mailed to me. With all the information he asked for, and put on his phone, made me very uncomfortable. When I checked my e-mail, I saw there were 3 invoices, two with the amount of $67.42 and one for $60.24. My credit card was billed for $67.42. Why the price difference? Very confusing.
