My pickup was shifted the day before the pickup from close to home to a $50 Uber drive to this sketchy motel a half hour drive from my house. Proprietor was not very nice. They also had 0 blankets when I had reserved 24. Very disappointing - you need to do better U-Haul.
SCOTT MI have used U Haul for many years. This experience was terrible. The employee tried to input the wrong milage into the quote multiple times. Was given the keys to the truck and told it was on an empty tank and that I I would have to fill it before using it to get my 30 some dollar credit. The cab and back of the truck was filled with mud. Also I had to do everything myself on an app take pictures etc which I've never had to do before. Terrible experience.
