I made my reservation online but none of the details of drop off, insurance coverage, and equipment rental showed up on their computer so we had to do everything all over again. It’s a good thing I asked about that. I don’t know whose issue this was the online experience or the local one, but not desirable. The truck windshield was very dirty.
