The young man at the counter was very helpful and courteous, but the location itself is dark and difficult to access. There's no overhead cover so I got completely drenched while trying to return the truck. There's insufficient drainage for rain as well so I had to walk through enormous puddles. There's no streetlights so it was very difficult to see what I was doing.
