Put all of your counter staff on a serious training exercise to make sure that they do their jobs properly. The ineptitude and the lack of their ability to make important decisions without having to call somebody at head office, and then then wait in a queue for up to 30 minutes is utterly ridiculous. You need to change your ways U-Haul.
