They tried to send us to another location. They did not want to assist us. This is also a Uhaul issues a they change our drop-off location when they changed our pickup location. Uhaul failed to inform us of the following: 1. drop off location change 2. commerial vehicle charges on British Columbia ferries. We had to speak with three different individuals at Uhaul to allow drop off at Unstained. Unstained staff and management did not want anything to do with us. I say... very stained. Buyer beware, there will be additional charges on BC ferries for uhaul trucks. We paid an additional $81.
