TERRY NOverall unhappy with my experience with UHaul. Did not have the truck at the location we reserved 5 days prior to pick up. Had to drive 25 minutes out of way to this location. Billing was handled incorrectly and was overcharged. Refund for overcharge was not correct.
MEGAN DI paid for a truck that had problems. I wasn’t able to complete my task. And when I called this location to report the uhaul breaking down, it was too complicated to get to the right person. I waited 2 hours to get help and it was the gas pump that was broken. I should’ve gotten a refund or discount for the inconvenience.
