Overall unhappy with my experience with UHaul. Did not have the truck at the location we reserved 5 days prior to pick up. Had to drive 25 minutes out of way to this location. Billing was handled incorrectly and was overcharged. Refund for overcharge was not correct.

I paid for a truck that had problems. I wasn’t able to complete my task. And when I called this location to report the uhaul breaking down, it was too complicated to get to the right person. I waited 2 hours to get help and it was the gas pump that was broken. I should’ve gotten a refund or discount for the inconvenience.
