TRACEY MThe agent Laura went far above and beyond to help me with rental. First she held the rental for me when I was late in picking up. After driving 2 hrs in horrid weather to get there I realized I had forgotten my wallet. Thankfully, I had my drivers license. She was able to secure payment thru another means without actually having my card in my hand. This meant so much as my father had died on this date exactly l year ago. And this was the day my step Mom had decided it was time to remove his personal effects. It was going to be an emotional event and to have to tell my step mom we were going to be unable to take this step wldve been unbearable. Laura was the unseen hero that makes our life easier in everyday life. I appreciate her willingness to find a solution. She cldve just said no and I wldve had to reschedule.
