This is a REMOTE location. This is not indicated ANYWHERE. We arrived and could not find the actual office. I called to be told it was remote. Being outside and it being windy it was difficult to hear the agent over the phone. I would have chosen a different actual manned location over this had I have known.
RYAN CRight set of lights on the trailer did not work. I did forget to report it. Other than that everything was fine.
MICHAEL DIt was easy to make the reservation & then when it was time to get the truck...it was very easy, online pick up & go...no lines or other customers to deal with, everything was very easy to do!! I like efficiency!!
MISTY AThe app did not tell me that I had to call to complete the pickup process. Other than that it was a pretty smooth and simple.
