It was a remote drop off location so I did not see anybody but I did speak to somebody on the phone and they were very helpful
ANN HLocation is in a strip mall with no identification as too where (no signs, etc). There was a help number at the key drop box located in the parking lot but no answer (did receive a callback after leaving). Ended up doing drop off online but there isn't any good locations in the parking lot to leave the larger trucks.
Gary PCheck the equipment personally. Broken mirrors and bad alignment made driving less than stress free.
