There is no one here. You leave the truck in an excellent condition, but there is no one to verify that this is being done. I would not recommend this as a drop off or a pick up location.

BRIANNA EThis is a REMOTE location. This is not indicated ANYWHERE. We arrived and could not find the actual office. I called to be told it was remote. Being outside and it being windy it was difficult to hear the agent over the phone. I would have chosen a different actual manned location over this had I have known.
