Location is fine and Bear with a young lady that worked there came when I was just leaving and she was very nice and I would like to see her there again because you’ve done a very good job

I received the truck with gas gauge reading 5/8 Drove 40 miles and put 4 gallons of gas in and was charged $43 for gas Way overcharged
Kenneth ZThe lady who rented me the truck was amazing, but unfortunately the experience after that was terrible. I dropped the truck off after hours because the location was closed. The next day, I was charged for an extra rental day, extra insurance, and gas charges that should not have been added. I had to contact corporate to get my money refunded. The extra gas charge issue was never properly resolved. Very disappointing experience. I will not return to this location again.
robert ySelf service is horrible, wouldn’t take the pictures I uploaded. This location says they are open until 7 pm I got there at 6:20pm nobody was there. Just horrible all the way around. I pumped exactly the amount of gas that I got the truck with and I still got charged $13 and change for gas
MALORINE GMy pickup location was changed on me the day of pick up. I had issues finding the new location and had to call support several times, and they were very helpful. When I arrive to pick up, there was no one there.. I had to call support back who assured me this location was open yet again there was no one there. Support had to call the regional manager who they advised was going to call me, but within 20 minutes an employee showed up. The employee originally hooked me up to a trailer with a flat tire, but after hooking up, I noticed it and called it to her attention. She hooked me up with a second trailer. I returned from my trip a day early, but was afraid no one would be there to check my trailer in, so waited until my scheduled return time on Tuesday at 10 AM. Upon return on Tuesday, again, the building was closed with no one visible. I parked the trailer and waited for a while to see if somebody would show up. An employee eventually came out of the locked building and told me if I had dropped off my trailer that I was good, they would check it in later. I told the employee I had planned to rent from U-Haul every few months and how would this work if no one was available during business hours? He told me that once they got to know me, I would just be able to pick up and drop off on my own. Yesterday I received my receipt and they did not check in my trailer until Thursday morning and I have been charged an additional $100. This has been a terrible experience and I am so doubtful going forward if I choose to be a return customer. This experience does not reflect previous U-Haul rentals in other states which have been very smooth. I would appreciate follow up from a supervisor.
