Everything was perfectly fine. The agent that helped me when I arrived was great helped me with my reservation quickly and efficiently returning the truck using the app was easy and simple to understand overall good experience.
JIMMIE SThe truck they assigned me wasn’t there had to spend 2 hours with customer service trying to get a truck because no one was on location, the guy was still helpful but I did not get my dolly or blankets because no one was there to give me them. They gave me a bigger truck because it was the only one available. They at least honored the original quote. But given the headache and two hours of lost time I would have appreciated a small discount at least.

JOSETH AVery old, beat up trailer without the ramp and one of the tires was almost bald. Calling customer service did not help.
