Our reservation was cancelled on us 12 hours before the move and we had to last minute book a smaller trick with this location. There was nobody at the location at the hours it said they were open and there were multiple people waiting for them to arrive and nobody was answering the phone. They also cancelled my reservation for the toy hauler without even giving me a call because I didn’t pick it up on the first day of the reservation despite my husband telling them I wouldn’t be picking it up until the next day.
