Assistance in connecting the trailer would have been nice. I was told that employees couldn't do the connection due to liability issues. That was not the case at two other locations I recently used. The electric connection worked fine at times, and other times didn't work. I'm not sure if there was a short or something. They did help back the trailer into place upon return as the area is so tight, I could not have done it.

Laura RThe rental was moved here because of truck availability. The pads were not in the truck and it was appliance dolly rather than regular dolly. Other than the mixup with extras the facility and equipment were fine.
Steven RThe instructions for how to get the key were not quite as clear as they could have been—some missing punctuation and misspelled words made things confusing! I love the picture taking app where it shows an outline of the truck, very cool.
