Maybe friendlier staff, we ordered a 10 foot truck from one location and then they called saying they didn't have a 15 foot truck so they recommended a different place which no biggie cause we ended up getting the $50 credit refunded to us since the first location didn't have it. But it was very hot in the second location, not too far, and the staff seemed like we were a bother which was odd because there was literally nobody else in there waiting.

They didn't provide me a receipt at the end and didn't process the return until the next day. Uhaul also knew my route and still provided me less miles than what was needed. I ended up having to pay more.

truck bed was dirty as well as the cab. Vacuum or broom would have been nice.

Vehicle Maintenance: It was clean but has some problems with alignment

The tuck that I wanted was blocked in and there was no alternative available. I spoke with a representative who advised that I would receive a credit and I have not see this on my paid invoice. I hope to see something here in a few days, but this rental was a disaster.

Assistance in connecting the trailer would have been nice. I was told that employees couldn't do the connection due to liability issues. That was not the case at two other locations I recently used. The electric connection worked fine at times, and other times didn't work. I'm not sure if there was a short or something. They did help back the trailer into place upon return as the area is so tight, I could not have done it.

The rental was moved here because of truck availability. The pads were not in the truck and it was appliance dolly rather than regular dolly. Other than the mixup with extras the facility and equipment were fine.
