truck bed was dirty as well as the cab. Vacuum or broom would have been nice.

Vehicle Maintenance: It was clean but has some problems with alignment
Jakob HThe tuck that I wanted was blocked in and there was no alternative available. I spoke with a representative who advised that I would receive a credit and I have not see this on my paid invoice. I hope to see something here in a few days, but this rental was a disaster.
Trenton JAssistance in connecting the trailer would have been nice. I was told that employees couldn't do the connection due to liability issues. That was not the case at two other locations I recently used. The electric connection worked fine at times, and other times didn't work. I'm not sure if there was a short or something. They did help back the trailer into place upon return as the area is so tight, I could not have done it.
