Maybe friendlier staff, we ordered a 10 foot truck from one location and then they called saying they didn't have a 15 foot truck so they recommended a different place which no biggie cause we ended up getting the $50 credit refunded to us since the first location didn't have it. But it was very hot in the second location, not too far, and the staff seemed like we were a bother which was odd because there was literally nobody else in there waiting.

They didn't provide me a receipt at the end and didn't process the return until the next day. Uhaul also knew my route and still provided me less miles than what was needed. I ended up having to pay more.
Anthony Struck bed was dirty as well as the cab. Vacuum or broom would have been nice.
TOM GVehicle Maintenance: It was clean but has some problems with alignment
Jakob HThe tuck that I wanted was blocked in and there was no alternative available. I spoke with a representative who advised that I would receive a credit and I have not see this on my paid invoice. I hope to see something here in a few days, but this rental was a disaster.
