I was issued a van that wasn't in the lot, the van I did get was almost empty the paperwork showed that it had 3/4 of a tank, 19.95 for the van with a host of other hidden charges. I'm sure this is common at U-Haul, so I won't be using that company again.

Great customer service! My only issue, I did not have my vehicle present for loading and did not realize I needed to supply straps for oversized wheels.
