I answered that the equipment was clean, however that was irrelevant because I rented a tow dolly for moving a car. The service was extremely slow and that is speaking for myself and the people in line in front of me. While I was in the office waiting, 4 other parties came in behind me and were waiting. I just thinking that I felt sorry about the wait time they would have. I will try to avoid this location at all cost in the future. I didn’t have a choice though in this case, there were no tow dolly’s available at the my preferred pick up locations.
