Gerardo Tvery unorganized the office was not manned several people waiting i had to bang on the door to get some help The guy who checked me in after the return didn't know what he was doing Told me if I didn't get an email confirmation of the return I should call the office, I did recieve the return email and the later got a call asking if I had returned the trailer
