The person helping me check out the vehicle did not do a walk through of the vehicle with me. Upon returning the vehicle they reported a scratch and I know that it did not happen while I had it. My $10 damage coverage did not cover it and I ended up paying $75 for it. The manager helped smooth out my feelings about what happened. But the employee should do a walk through of the exterior of the vehicle with the customer to identify any flaws before the customer takes it. He was more worried about me knowing how to use the gear shifter. Saying several times it was a new vehicle. I have rented many Uhauls and never had a bad experience before this. Hopefully this will be the last.

They try to cheat you out of your money, and make false statements. This is the second time we’ve used this location, the first time there was no issue, however, the second time they gave us grief about a faulty gas meter gauge even though we filled up the truck. They attempted to charge $70 to my account without my knowledge.

When I rent a U-Haul usually there is someone there to help hook up the trailer. Instead there was a nice woman who was struggling to lift it. The whole operation could use some improvements.

Truck was in extremely poor condition with a headlight out along with 6 other lights on the truck and trailer out. Oil indicator light was on, sometime loose in front left wheel, tires were bald. This truck should have never been allowed to cross country. If I could get a refund for this terrible experience it still wouldn’t make up for the stressful experience. Zero stars.

I reserved a 17 foot truck at this location online, but when I arrived to get the truck, I got a 15 foot truck. The lady helping me argued with me when I tried to show her my reservation email and claimed that there were no 17 foot trucks. I'd really just like it if everything hadn't made my moving day that much more stressful.

This particular location is very difficult to deal with. The doors are locked during normal "open" hours, and at pick-up, there were 4 of us waiting for someone who lives in the house attached to this location to come take care of us. This was at approximately 5pm on a Friday. And when returning the trailer on Saturday at around 1:00 pm, again the door was locked and no one was available. This is perhaps the WORST U-Haul location.

1. Reservations were made for 9 am pick up 2. Man in line at 9 am without reservation given truck I rented 3. Lady acted like she had no clue, even although she confirmed reservation 4 days prior and I confirmed day before BC we were driving 2 hours to pick up!! 4. She tried to have me she sign when $ was double, since she was giving me the next available truck since I checked in online!!! Very unorganized!!

This was the second location I was sent to for a trailer. The staff wasn’t friendly at all and my information had to be entered twice because their system wasn’t working right.
