Upon arrival for pick up of truck, the facility was locked. I called the number on the door as directed for over 15 minutes with no answer. When I got let in finally and got set to get checked in, I was informed that the appliance dolly was not available. The employees did not call to let me know. If I’d know I would have changed my pick up location as I needed the equipment. When we got to the truck and started to verify the moving blankets had been loaded, of coarse they were not. Very unhappy with the details that were missed with the staff. Overall they were friendly, but they had missed the mark with all other aspects.
