christin is very racist first she made it very difficult to get the u-haul and was huffing and puffing when i had questions on the charges said “ i would have to go all the way back to the other screen to get you that information and i’m trying to send my worker to lunch” I told her well im a customer and im in customer service too i have questions im trying to understand and is why i need you to break it down to me because on the app where i set it up was less then what im paying now” she was bothered that i was taking longer then she wanted. Was very nice the caucasian ppl there but not anybody that looked hispanic. will never go there or recommend anybody there

LESTER HThe person helping was not educated on towing requirements. Instead of telling me that the hitch ball rating was not adequate and I just needed to get a ball with higher load rating. I believe they even sell them in-store but didn't even offer to buy it there, I had to go to a trailer supply store where they advised i just needed a a higher rated ball.
