This is NOT about the pick up. This is about the original pick up. I reserved a truck on 7/19 for pick up in Corpus Christi. My reservation was not honored. First, I was sent to Aransas Pass, which was 35 minutes from me. I called to verify the truck was there and ready. Huge shout out to the lady for checking if truck was available. It was not. I would have driven 30 miles away for nothing. Second location was Portland. The location was excellent 10 stars! U-Haul you need to do better. Don’t offer reservations if you can’t fulfill. Moving is very stressful to begin with and you, U-Haul SPID location, not the locations, made it worse. And the lady at the SPID location on Friday morning, July 24, was very rude and unprofessional. She was no help at all. Do better please!
