Clean equipment better

Greg TI had trouble with my mobile pick up so I went inside to to pick up the vehicle. Everything went fine inside and everything was fine throughout the day. When I go back to drop off the vehicle, I find that I’m being charged for two days of rental when I had the truck less than 24 hours and also I was charged for the insurance which I never asked for. I was also never asked if I wanted it. This rental cost me way more than it ever should have and I want a refund for the additional amount that I was charged.
BRYAN VI did after hours pick up using my phone. The process was long, but in the end I was able to get my truck. It was clean in the cab and in the back. 2 complaints: 1) I paid for a furniture dolly and it was not in the truck. Because of this I had to stop at Lowe’s and spend almost $60 to purchase one; 2) this one is a small complaint. The dome light in the truck did not come on when the door opened. I was still using it well after dark and that was a minor issue. Not a complaint, but someone may want to look at the transmission in the truck I had. There were a few times when it shifted late and/or hard. This might be something that needs to be fixed.
