Trailer blew a tire within 10miles. Reached out to another A-Z location and was told they are just a pick up/drop off location and have nothing to do with the actual units. Suggested I just go to a tire shop and replace it unless I wanted to spend my entire day waiting on road service, which would be a waste due to it being my responsibility regardless of anything. Trailer had plates from across the country, clearly had many years of use on it - I was the unfortunate renter who got stuck spending $100 to maintain a trailer that shouldn’t have been allowed to go out in the first place.

Jacob MWhile the business is a general rental business, it means that the inventory of any particular item is somewhat limited, and that is the case with the UHaul truck I rented. That said, the truck was ready, in good condition, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
