The owner is very nice and accommodating. If I ever have to rent again I would go out of my way to rent from this location. :)

I drove through the aftermath of a major snowstorm so trailer was covered in slush and salt. Spent an hour with hose and dawn soap at 25deg washing trailer, then it went to 0deg overnight. Trailer is clean but covered in ice now. Hopefully I don't get penalized for dirty equipment. Washing equipment in Dec up north isn't so easy.

Amy YThe Uhaul was back in some side lot parked under a bunch of trees with weeds growing out of it. Also, the owner of the place didn't connect the chains properly, they were dragging on the ground, but luckily I caught it and adjusted the chains so they wouldn't drag.
Michelle GI'm sure not every U-Haul location is lacking communication and organizational structure but the one in Des Moines was kind of a cluster when I arrived and the customer service I received afterwards was less than adequate I was really disappointed overall that I was having so many difficulties and you all did nothing to have any understanding at all just told me I need to bring it back too bad so sad it was very unprofessional and I would recommend this to anyone
