Dan CDropped off on a Saturday when nobody was there. Used the U-Haul app and that worked great.
Shelly SCalled ahead here to be sure of correct location and was told exactly what to do for after hours return, and Chocked wheel like man said and told me where they would be, noted return on my contract and placed in locked drop box. Received a text a little later confirming return of trailer. Got moved and piece of mind that return went so smoothly.

Nicim AThey tried to make me pay for 70000 plus miles because whoever ckecked the equipment out entered 0 miles as a starting mileage. The 1-800 Ursula assistant could no understand that it was impossible for me to drive that far in 3 days (that means that I drove 1000 miles per hour and they could not understand my point).
Randy SIt was a great truck it only had 7,749 miles on it and I got done had a few more but not many I only read it to go pick up piece furniture but however I have a friend from you guys I don't know 678 times in the last maybe more the last couple of years and I have not got a discount from you guys are a coupon or anything and one of them going all the way to Fayetteville Arkansas but two of them actually three of them I don't know and back I had to come right back you didn't give me a little bit of discount there because I'm a step dad passing away but you know I think I should get a discount I've spent a lot a lot a lot of money on you guys so I'm going to Fayetteville Arkansas twice so you know and back so just just a thought how are the truck was beautiful it was nice truck I just read a 10-footer this time last time I rented a one that was as big as a semi only didn't have air brakes in a tour you know that you drive up on so it's been a lot of money and then turned around came back because my step dad died but just letting you know it was a great truck Mister bath is wonderful very nice guy and you know I was just letting you know

JACQUELYN TAwesome staff great location. It is so good nice to have a U-Haul location in this area. Also the people running this Location the Bass family are so helpful friendly and accommodating I highly recommend this location they also run a great mechanic shop there which the prices are the best in this area including the service and quality of work. Gideon GI was told that someone live would be here to talk to. The place looked abandoned. Uhaul needs major improvements in their network contacts.
stefan bDo not pick up after hours. Some of the rental trucks are stored off site at a different location. When I got there, my truck was at the secondary location, and they had to go an get it for me. Don't know what I would have done if I had gotten there after they closed. Also the original truck has something wrong with the windshield, so they would not let me take it, so we had to do a rental transfer and they gave me the other truck on the lot, which took a while longer to do.

Gideon GThe service of the employees in this location are simply awesome. I had a problem and he and the employee in this location solved it like magic with caring to be admired. I hardly recommend to rent from Postville Iowa, I was worried first it’s a new location but I rented two trucks from them on there day off and couldn’t figure out the app and the employee came from his home help me solve the problem and got me on the way I really appreciate it five star nothing less. no words to say how much I appreciate this great service this is what America is all about caring for each other and walking the extra mile when they didn’t need to do so but they did.
