The app lagged at checkin & I had to call customer service. The mileage was also recorded inaccurately at pickup. The gas was also less than the 1/2 tank that it was supposed to be at. I have pictures as well

Carlos RThe representative at this location was very knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, they did a walk around with me to ensure that we were in agreement with the trailer's condition. The representative demonstrated how to use the equipment and assisted with hitching the equipment to my tow vehicle. Upon return, the representative assisted with trailer placement and unhitching. It was an excellent experience overall.
