We were to pick up in Carmel but it was changed last minute. This was 30 minute extra drive- each way. Nobody on the phone could help with APP insisting we had set up a userid and password- which we had not. The gentleman at this location- who did not work for UHAUL helped my family with the rental as Uhaul phone service said we would have to cancel the entire reservation and hope a truck would still be available. Customer Service was not great- Pleasant but made the location change and then no help with APP. I would possibly look to other companies when renting again. Very stressful
