The address was wrong. There was no office on site so I had to everything over the phone. It was no a pleasant experience

On your online check in it shows that this site had a car dolly. The owner of this location didn’t have one and stated that he had let your main office know of this. If I hadn’t checked ahead of me arriving I wouldn’t have been able to tow my disabled car back because I had to have a different vehicle to pull the trailer.
