Rental was dropped off after hours using the App. All went well. No personal was talked to. The lot was very full but I found a place to leave the rental as instructed.

BEVERLY BVery nice man there. I didn’t even have to unhook the trailer.
Michael HI called uhaul and set up a time and location to pick up the trailer, they didn't tell the owner of the location that I was picking it up early even though they confirmed the time with a text and email. When I arrived the place was closed and I had to call and wait for the owner to come open up.
