Had an appointment to pick up uhaul trailer at 10. Got there and they did not have one for us. Said it would be around 1 or 2 before they thought we may be able to get one. Very disappointed. They then said there was one 10 minutes away that we could get . Everyone was nice about the situation though and apologized

Lawrence CI dropped off after hours, simple to do but location for drop off very small and had to back trailer in while dealing with a very busy road in front of me.
