Chelsea WThe equipment was fine, which I expected. The personnel at the Northwoods Motel were difficult and argumentative. On Monday the said I could pick up the truck at 7 a.m. Friday...on Friday morning, as agreed, I arrived just after 7 a.m. to actually have to CALL the manager to wake him up, only to be told that U Haul opened at 10 a.m. Will NOT do business with that location again.
