The equipment was fine, which I expected. The personnel at the Northwoods Motel were difficult and argumentative. On Monday the said I could pick up the truck at 7 a.m. Friday...on Friday morning, as agreed, I arrived just after 7 a.m. to actually have to CALL the manager to wake him up, only to be told that U Haul opened at 10 a.m. Will NOT do business with that location again.

$1.29 a mile after being told it was .96 a mile that's just ridiculous

Michael KWas charged even though I was told there was no charge. When I called the location about the charges I was told not to call them again and to reach out to uhaul and then he hung up on me! I called back a second time and he hung up in my face a second time!
