This location is part of a rundown motel. It didn’t appear to be a very safe location. There was no appliance dolly as requested. Only a utility dolly.

Location hours stayed was open, no one was there to accept my drop off
Jeffrey TI wish there was an in between answer to recommendation question. However, the online agents I spoke to Cassandra, Natasha made my experience a whole lot better. Natasha's customer service was like getting ice-cream from Stone Cold. Great job guys!
Bridget EThe location was not open at the advertised times. I spent over an hour there an ended up using mobile return. Once I was unhooked and parking lady came out and told me I couldn’t return it there. I called customer service and they told me to leave it there. When I parked and was leaving, the lady came back out cursing at me telling me I couldn’t keep it there and had to move it. I told her what customer service said and she continued cursing and yelling at me. I spent almost two hours trying to return it while being yelled and cursed at. Never renting from U-Haul again.
