It was convenient to drop-off using the Uhaul App as no one was at the location when we dropped off the trailer.
JOSEPH MI was treated poorly had to drive to four different locations back-and-forth and got charged for two days and I only had it for some hours. This is the outrage.
ROBERT MThe truck steering was horrible and I drive big trucks The brakes you really had to push And the back door was hard to close The pick up was good except there should be a way to retrieve the code I dropped my phone and I had to text and it took 15 or so minutes to get the code a email with the code or a text would be awesome
Jon LThe only problem I had was, I booked the trailer at one location but on the pickup day, I was rerouted to another location 2 miles away to pick up the trailer. The size trailer was available for the day I wanted at the original location and was confirmed for renting. So why did I have to go to another location farther away to pick up the trailer?
