The man working there was super nice and very helpful. I had no problems getting or retuning the van. The van had no major issues. The location is a bit off the main path but easy to get to. I would suggest this location to a friend.

Everything was awful. The location of our reservation was changed the day of pickup to a location 20 miles away. The truck we had reserved was not available at the new location. Clerk at the pickup location was a racist asshole. Will never use UHaul again.

Debra TI paid for a dollie and there wasn't one when I picked up the truck. Not to mention there was supposed to be someone there when I picked the truck up and they weren't. It was very frustrating because I had questions and nobody to answer them.
Kandi PMy recent experience with U‑Haul was extremely frustrating. I had a confirmed pickup time for 9:00 AM, but no one was on-site until after 10:00–10:30 AM. This is the second time this exact issue has happened, so it’s clearly not just a one‑time mistake. When the manager finally arrived, late, we agreed that I could return the trailer later than the normal time to make up for the hour-plus delay that morning. Despite only having the trailer for one day, I was still charged for two, even though the late return was something the manager and I discussed and agreed on. Between the unreliable staffing, the repeated delays, and the inaccurate billing, U‑Haul has been nothing but a hassle to deal with. After multiple bad experiences, I will not be using U‑Haul ever again.
