Keial TThe gentleman who helped me was great. The tire strap on the car dolly I rented ended up breaking in transit. Causing my car to come off one side of the dolly and ripping the front bumper off the car. Upon returning the dolly the gentleman again was really nice and apologetic and said he was pulling the dolly from service.
